The wide range of training offered by the Department of Management is a reflection of the multidisciplinary nature of the Faculty. It is made up of a team of Professors and Researchers from a wide range of scientific disciplines, which reflect the many facets and areas of action of the managerial activity that takes place within the company.

The didactic activity of the Department reflects its continuous research and third mission: the latter provide Professors and Researchers with a series of stimuli for thought, which feed the didactic material and experience transferred to the students in a continuous and updated way.

During the period of study, students adopt the logic of problem solving and teamwork, getting used to the dynamics typical of the working environments that characterize the corporate world.

Exchanges abroad (of students and teachers), such as ERASMUS projects, are an opportunity to acquire a conscious openness to international relations.

To give an overview using numbers, the Department of Management has registered more than 2 000 new students in the year 2019 on Bachelor and Master degrees, over 8 000 students enrolled, 85 structured teachers (53 full or associate professors, 61 business area teachers), 4 three-year degrees, 5 master's degrees, 6 consolidated Master's programs and 1 PhD.

In addition, there are 71 exchange agreements with foreign universities, 237 outgoing and 163 incoming students (of 46 extra-Erasmus), 4,760 classroom seats + 145 computer stations, 2,000 square meters of library, with 250 seats, 280,000 volumes, 2,000 magazine titles, wide selection of databases.
